May 16, 2012 - The Toronto Real Estate Board today released their mid-month Market Update.

Unit sales were 5,142 for the first 14 days of the month, up 14.5% over the same period in 2011.

New listings were up 13%, and the average selling price continues to rise, up 6% to $517,242.
