A quick note on "List Price" versus "Original Price" in these charts: Sometimes a slip of a keystroke results in an extra "zero" being added when a listing is first entered into the MLS®. This "skews" the Original Price - Mean (Average) column because there's no way to correct the original entry after the fact even though the listing itself would have been (or should have been) immediately corrected. A great example is shown in hi-lites in the Toronto-East (Scarborough) screenshot below. This leaves the 1st column - "Original Price" - skewed... and nothing we can do about it - just "FYI" / in case you were wondering!
